REFURBISHMENT
We offer a full range of services to our partners, from individual kitchen and bathroom replacements and disabled adaptation works through to full external and internal refurbishments.
We understand the importance of communication and interaction with residents at all stages, and pride ourselves on our collaborative approach to working with the community and leaving a lasting positive footprint wherever we go.
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
We specialise in all forms of repairs and maintenance for social housing providers. We work in true partnership to provide safe and well-maintained homes for the residents. This includes day-to-day responsive repairs, compliance and servicing works and general building works.
Each contract has a dedicated 24hr customer helpdesk and emergency cover. This can be used to schedule appointments and manage any queries or requests.
VOID MAINTENANCE
We provide a full key-to-key service from the moment a resident vacates to when the new resident moves into their new home. This includes a full scoping survey and pricing/scheduling service and a full range of building works from the initial clearance through to the sparkle clean prior to handover.
Every void contract is assigned a void manager to liaise with the void supervisors throughout the entire process from receipt of order through to the inspection and handover.
FACADE REPLACEMENT
Our services include the full external envelope renewal and associated external works. Inclusive of rainscreen cladding, external wall insulation, thermal insulation upgrades, roofing works, brickwork/concrete repairs and balcony replacement works.
We work in partnership to develop an innovative, sustainable and compliant solutions that meet the needs of our customers. We can assist at every stage of the project, from planning and feasibility support through to assisting with funding applications to the design, supply and installation.
CONVERSION WORKS
We have extensive experience in all aspects of the technical process and works required to convert office and/or commercial space into residential dwellings.
Working in partnership with specialist consultants we can provide an initial costing and buildability feasibility study, building control and planning application support through to the full design and installation of the works.
FIRE IMPROVEMENT WORKS
We can assist with all aspects of fire improvement works. Including the initial survey and identification process through to the full supply and installation of the compartmentation works, including fire door replacement.
Our robust test and inspection process ensures that all works are completed by fully trained and competent specialists and that only fully certified products and materials are used. We ensure that all completed works have successfully progressed through a rigorous key-stage inspection process and have been approved by an accredited third-party inspector prior to handover.
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
We can offer a wide range of services from the pre-construction phase through to the full construction phase. This includes initial cost planning advice, technical surveys, investigative feasibility studies, planning application support through to the complete design and build of the project.
Our contracting and housebuilding experience is combined with an extensive knowledge of the sector, which allows us to unlock the potential of challenging sites through providing innovative building and funding solutions.
